PAYMENT/RESERVATION:
Reservation is held with VISA/MC/DISCOVER number and exp date- NO DEPOSIT IS NECESSARY! Written confirmation is sent via regular mail within 10 days. Payment is due in full at the time of check in and can be paid by VISA/MC/DISCOVER, Cash or Money Order/Bank Check. No personal checks or AMEX please.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
The Dunes of Panama is a family-oriented vacation destination. To ensure a proper family vacation atmosphere, you must be at least 25 years of age in order to rent our condos. No spring breakers, as determined by homeowners association.

UNT ACCOMODATIONS/BED SIZES:
2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom units accomodate 6 - 8 people. The bed sizes in each unit are specific to each unit. Florida fire code limits the number of occupants in a 2 bedroom condominium like ours to 6 - 8 people. Please limit the number of individuals in your group to 6 - 8 per condo.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In order to secure your reservation, you must supply a VISA/MC/DISCOVER credit card number. There is no deposit required to secure a condo. In the even it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, please contact our office immediately. Cancellations received 14 - 30 days from the date of arrival will result in a $300 penalty if the unit can not be re rented.  Cancellations made within 14 days or no shows at the time of arrival will result in payment in full.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT:
In person check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. You can also arrive after hours via an after hours check in process which is provided upon request.

DEPARTURE CLEAN/LINEN FEE:
Every reservation is charged $95 for departure clean and linens in each unit. This ensures that all units are properly prepared and cleaned for each guest. Linens are provided with each stay and include, bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths and bed linens on each bed. Linens are inventoried after each stay and guest is responsible to ensure the same number of linens are in the unit at the time of departure to avoid loss charge for replacement.  WE NOW OFFER DAILY LINEN EXCHANGE FOR OUR UNITS ONLY ON PROPERTY.

PARKING:
Parking is available for 2 cars per reservation. Should you need an additional pass, please inquire. Boat, Jet ski and RV parking is also available at no extra charge.

FUNISHINGS:
Our condos are all individually owned and decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind.

RENTAL PERIOD/MINIMUM STAY:
Rentals are weekly(7 night minimum), from Saturday to Saturday, except in the off season- September to March where minimum stay is 3 nights.

PET POLICY:
The property does not permit pets of any type beyond the security gate. There are kennels available in Panama City Beach should you wish to bring your pet.

SMOKING POLICY:
For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the condominium. You are free to smoke on the balcony if you like.

TELEPHONE SERVICE:
Each condo has its own separate phone number. Local calls are unlimited and free of charge. Long distance calls must be made collect or with a telephone credit card.

HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS:
Internet access via our "NEW" high speed wireless server is available in every condo. Rates are $7.95/day or $24.95/wk. Wireless adapters are available for those guests with no wireless modem.

MAINTENANCE CONCERNS DURING MY STAY:
We have on site maintenance staff during normal business hours and on call maintenance staff avaiable for emergencies.  This is a great benefit in the event that there are any issues, we are here to assist you immediately.

WINTER RENTALS:
Our condominiums are available for longer term Winter rentals from October through February. For a fraction of what you would pay for an apartment, the rental rates includes all utilities: water, basic cable TV, local telephone charges, and monthly electricity charges up to $70. Departure cleaning and linen fee does apply. E-mail us if you are interested.
